Parts Fulfillment Associate
Job Description
As a Parts Fulfillment employee, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside manufacturing and warehouse professionals to fulfill sales orders. A sales order is completed once all parts are collected, verified, packaged and shipped. With AVW’s incredible growth, you’ll find endless learning opportunities to put under your belt! Responsibilities
- Pulls and fills orders from stock.
- Professional and friendly customer service to all customers, suppliers, delivery drivers, etc.
- Managing parts inventory by cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory count
- Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Notifies the shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered
- Pulls orders for delivery to shop, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number
- Replenishes assigned inventory daily
- Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
- Keeps current on new products and product updates
