Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations of inventory for a major battery manufacturer. This role is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring safety compliance, supervising staff, and maintaining efficient warehouse practices. You will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

 

  1. Ensure a safe and clean warehouse environment in compliance with state and federal regulations
  2. Follow and enforce customer-specific warehouse operations policies and procedures
  3. Conduct regular employee training to support safety and stable operations
  4. Oversee warehouse asset management, including equipment purchasing and maintenance
  5. Hold regular team meetings and monitor employee performance
  6. Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
